It is stipulated in“Measures for the Administration of Registration of Import Feed and Feed Additives” of Chinese order No.609 of the State Council that “Overseas enterprises shall entrust the agencies within China to handle the application of import license.”In the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Import Feed and Feed Additives of Ministry of Agriculture PRC of MARA Order No.2004-2 stipulated that “Overseas Enterprises who want to export to feed and feed additives products to china for the ifrst time shall apply for import registration to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Oversea Enterprises shall file an application via a china based agent to apply for the registered license.
